This 3 Day Tour includes the best of Tropical North Queensland. Take your own Flight from Brisbane to Cairns on Friday 20 June and check in to Mantra Trilogy. You will be picked up each day and experience the amazing natural diversity of Tropical Rainforest, Beach and the Amazing Great Barrier Reef. Evenings are your own to relax and choose a Restaurant near the hotel.
- DAY 1
- Experience four of the most popular tourist attractions in Far North Queensland.
- Journey aboard the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway to Kuranda village.
- Leisurely explore Kuranda, the famous ‘village in the rainforest’.
- Take a short walk to the famous Barron Falls.
- “Surround yourself with living colour” at the Kuranda Birdworld & Australian Butterfly Sanctuary.
- On the return journey, you will be gliding above the canopy of World Heritage rainforest and learn more about this ancient ecosystem with Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.
- DAY 2
- Full day tour to Green Island. Includes 45 minute ferry ride each way, snorkelling, forest walk on the island, glass-bottom boat tour, with marine biologist commentary.
- Snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef straight off the Beach.
- Forest walk on Green Island to view the unique Flora and Fauna
- Glass bottom or Semi-Submersible Boat tour
- Plenty of time to enjoy the Reef, Beach and Forest
- DAY 3
- Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre with indigenous art gallery
- ‘Dreamtime walk’ with indigenous guide – a guided walks through the lush tropical rainforest.
- There are a number of other beautiful, easy walks from 300 metres to 2.4km
- 2 hours to relax at the end of the day in Port Douglas – The “barefoot luxury capital of Tropical North Queensland”. A town known for its relaxed vice, wonderful township with restaurants, stylish shops, marina, lighthouse views and superb tropical beach.
